Bengaluru: In a landmark move for premium airport travel in India, Uber, in partnership with Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL), has introduced the Uber Black Pickup Zone at Bengaluru Airport, offering passengers a faster, more comfortable, and highly personalized ride-hailing experience.
Located at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport, the Uber Black Pickup Zone and dedicated Uber Comfort pickup points are designed to streamline the post-flight journey.

Uber Black Pickup Zone at Bengaluru Airport: Premium Features
Passengers can now transition from air to ground travel seamlessly, with premium features including:
- Exclusive pickup areas with priority access for Uber Black and Uber Comfort riders.
- On-ground assistance from trained support staff.
- Passenger amenities such as water dispensers, charging stations, and a staffed helpdesk kiosk.
- High-rated drivers and luxury vehicles for an elevated ride experience.
